On April 22nd, 2024 prof. Andrzej Rokita and Ireneusz Cichy, PhD at the invitation of prof. Radosław Dobrowolski – Rector of UMCS and prof. Stanisławy Byry – Director of the Institute of Pedagogy, visited the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. The discussions focused on research collaboration regarding the use of the Eduball method in the upbringing and development of children, as well as enhancing the psychophysical well-being of adults and the elderly. During a scientific seminar with the participation of employees of the Institute of Pedagogy, as well as Assoc. prof. Grzegorz Wójcik, from the Department of Neuroinformatics and Biomedical Engineering and Assoc. prof. Tomasz Bielecki, director of the UMCS Physical Culture Center, prof. Rokita, along with I. Cichy, PhD presented a lecture titled: MOVEMENT THAT TEACHES – EDUball/BRAINball and mini-EDUball/mini-BRAINball in the education and therapy of children and individuals in late adulthood (Rokita, Cichy, Wawrzyniak, Klichowski).
