The next meeting of the Lower Silesian Capital Club took place on October 23, 2024, at the Haston Hotel. At the meeting, a member of our club, Professor Andrzej Rokita, delivered an extremely interesting lecture titled “The Importance of Physical Activity in Human Development and Its Role in Education.” Professor Rokita, as the leader of the EDUball team and co-creator of the EDUball/BRAINball and mini-EDUball balls, presented the significant impact of physical education and physical activity on development, as well as on health and life. He also demonstrated how EDUballs can be used for active learning, even for young children.
Professor Andrzej Rokita is the author of over 100 publications and co-author of four books on the use of balls in early school education.
He is the author of the scientific monograph: “Physical Education with EDUballs in Integrated Education and Its Impact on Physical Fitness and the Reading and Writing Skills of Students.”
